PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Samuel Bookhardt III earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1994 from the University of Central Florida. He then went on to Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1997.
Mr. Bookhardt joined the State Attorney’s Office in 1997 as Assistant State Attorney. He tried over 50 jury trials, and managed the litigation of over 2,000 criminal cases, both felony and misdemeanor. With the knowledge and experience gained as prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office, his insight into the justice system is an asset in representing the firm’s clients in both criminal and civil cases.
Mr. Bookhardt is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar, the Brevard County Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Working on hundreds of cases and representing clients at numerous hearings and jury trials, attorney Samuel Bookhardt III has earned a reputation for determination and integrity in the practice of criminal and civil law. He uses this experience to defend people accused of crimes and seeks to obtain compensation for victims who are injured by the negligent acts of others.
